Are you unable to be present as a dad and business leader?
Create the energy and engagement to be the best business dad!!!
Running a business is tough, being a dad is tough, and being a business dad is the hardest challenge.
The worry is needing to be present with your kids but wanting to drive the business forward. There is always the ever-present stress of being connectable on the phone, via emails, having meetings, and developing relationships with clients.
When do you have the time or energy to be a dad?
The pathway helps you develop and become the best business dad possible.
Daddy, Daddy, DADDY!
Daddy, Daddy, DADDY!
These were the shouts from my daughter in November 2021!! She wanted me to play with her, and I took three shouts with increasing volume to get my attention.
Wow, if my head, I said to myself, “this is not what I signed up for when starting a business”. I knew it would be hard work, but I had lost focus on what was truly driving me.
Having spent the last six years in cooperating coaching, listening to senior executives and business owners talk about their lack of relationship with their family affected them. From the outside, these guys had it all, houses, cars, children in private schools and all the trimmings of success (or what we think success looks like).
For the last 20 years, I have been coaching people to improve their performance. I understood the challenge and developed how to get them to their outcome.
My question was:
Can I build, run a business and be the best dad possible?
I needed to step back, reassess and understand the challenge. I did that; I interviewed 65-plus business dads to understand what was happening. I developed the business dads pathway from the research using my experience and knowledge of elite-level performance and business.
My question to you is, have you had the daddy, daddy, daddy moment?
What happens if you ignore it?
Ask your Self These Questions?
- Where will you be in 12 months if you carry on doing things you have always done?
- Why did you become a dad?
- Are you fulfilling your potential as a dad?
- What do you know you need to change but are choosing not to?
- How much have you truly progressed in the last 6 months?

Are you struggling to stay fit and healthy?
Without health we cannot be the best dad and also grow and drive the business forward.
Are you Always tired?
Having the energy to perform in and out the office is vital for success. But do you find you are always fatigued?
Before You Start You Need TO Understand
The pathway is not for everyone.
You need to be willing to do the work – the pathway and peer group can only take you so far.
The question is, are you willing to do the work outside the pathway?
The pathway is the starting point to change; it is not the answer to your problems.
We are all individuals; the pathway is designed to give you the tools and allow you to ask the right questions.
